RETURN POLICY:

We will assist you with your return considering the below: 
1. Defective items will be exchanged 14 days from day received.  
2. The item must be in the manufacturers original packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material. 
3. Please be aware there is a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an arrangement is worked out with us. 
4. E-MAIL us within 48 hours for an RA number (Return Authorization) no returned merchandise will be accepted without an RA number printed on the box.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE, AND IF FOR ANY REASON YOU WANT TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US, BE IT FOR REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, HOWEVER WHEN WE SHIP THE REPLACEMENT WE WILL DO SO AT OUR  EXPENSE.
You are responsible for return shipping charges to us.  We will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.  If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges arenon-refundable.
