We only ship within the U.K. and offer free postage and packing so that you can get what you need at the lowest possible price. All orders are sent by second class post within 24 hours of receiving your order. This is a non-guaranteed service and may take between 3 to 5 days, although the Royal Mail state they aim to deliver second class mail within 3 days.

Please note that if an order is returned to us due to customer error then a re-shipping fee is applicable due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping the returned item. Alternatively, If requested a refund of the item will be made, however the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost incurred by SuperVitaNatural Ltd shipping the item out in the first place.

In the event your goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us via email at [email protected]. You will be provided with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You will then be required to return the unopened goods (intact with the seal) to the following address and we will process a full refund for the returned part;

We are only able to offer a refund for if goods are returned unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days after the delivery to the above address. SuperVitaNatural is not liable for any damages if you fail to do this.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the event you receive faulty goods, please contact us via email at [email protected] with details of the fault. You will be provided with a Faulty Goods Returns Authorisation Number (FGRAN) and requested to return of the faulty goods with the delivery note / invoice by recorded delivery to the above address. When we receive the goods the product/s will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods and postage paid, including a refund for any additional return postage costs.

We are only able to offer a refund for both damaged or faulty goods if they are returned within 30 days after the delivery to the above address. SuperVitaNatural is not liable for any damages if you fail to do this.

Lost Goods

On the rare occasion goods may go missing within the Royal Mail. Please contact our Customer Service Department at the above address through the eBay messaging system. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days from date of posting. If the item is not received, you will be required to provide a declaration stating the non-delivery of the item after 15 days to SuperVItaNatural Ltd before a replacement is posted.

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
