However, Zyliss recommends handwashing components with blades to maintain sharpness. With the Susi 3 there is no need to peel the garlic prior to pressing as it does all the work for you. It has an extra large hopper so that you can press more than one clove at a time. An intergrated cleaning tool makes the cleaning very easy and hassle free.
